SAPP PP/QM Consultant

Freelance SAP PP/QM Consultant - S/4HANA - Remote We are looking for an experienced Freelance SAP PP/QM Consultant to join a long-term S/4HANA support and enhancement program. This is a fully remote offshore role supporting global operations within an AMS environment. Role Overview The consultant will support SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) / Quality Management (QM) processes across incident management, enhancements, change requests, and continuous process optimization initiatives.

This is an initial 6-month contract with strong extension potential on a long-term program. Key Responsibilities Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA PP/QM modules within an AMS setup Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and production support tickets Analyze business requirements and deliver change requests and enhancements Support process optimization initiatives across manufacturing and quality operations Collaborate with offshore and onshore stakeholders in a global support model Perform root cause analysis and coordinate defect resolution Support testing activities including SIT/UAT where required Prepare functional specifications and documentation Ensure service delivery aligned with SLAs and best practices Required Skills and Experience Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP/QM Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments Background in AMS (Application Management Support) projects Experience handling incidents, enhancements, and change requests Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management business processes Ability to work independently in a fully remote offshore model Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent English communication Highly Desirable Prior exposure to Batch Release Hub (BRH) Experience within regulated manufacturing industries (pharma/life sciences preferred) Knowledge of SAP integration points across logistics and manufacturing Contract Details Role: Freelance SAP PP/QM Consultant Location: Fully Remote Contract Length: Initial 6 months + extensions Start Date: ASAP Engagement Type: Long-term program Interested?
