Data Migration Consultant / Lead (Techno-Functional) Multiple Job Opening Location: Chennai or Bangalore Experience: 4–12 years Industry: Core Banking Transformation About the Role We are looking for a Data Migration Engineer/Lead (Multiple Openings) with strong exposure to Temenos Transact/T24 and a solid understanding of core banking domains. The consultant will drive and lead Discovery Phase activities, including strategy workshops, migration planning, and data-mapping governance. Key Domain Expertise • Retail Banking • Core Banking • Corporate Banking • Lending • General Ledger Techno-functional candidates are preferred.

Strong business or technical depth is also acceptable. Responsibilities • Lead strategy and scoping workshops with business and IT teams • Drive Migration Strategy across all in-scope modules • Support creation of the Migration Strategy Document (migration, reconciliation, cutover) • Participate in and drive Data Mapping workshops with Temenos • Ensure completion of Data Mapping Sheets and Data Extract Specification templates • Coordinate data volume sizing and validate legacy system readiness • Support and execute Data Loading activities • Provide hands-on support for Dry Runs and Dress Rehearsals Ideal Candidate Profile • 4–12 years of experience in Core Banking / Temenos • Experience with AA, OB, GL, Payments, and Interfaces • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills • Exposure to data migration, mapping, and cutover planning • Ability to work onsite in Chennai or Bangalore Preferred Skills • Temenos Transact / T24 • Data Migration & Reconciliation • Core Banking Operations • Functional & Technical Analysis • Stakeholder Communication • Migration Planning & Execution Interested candidates, please reach out to me at [email protected]
