We’re Hiring: Studio Manager | BASI Pilates India Location: Defence Colony, Delhi BASI Pilates—a globally respected Pilates education and studio brand present across 6 continents and 55+ countries—is expanding in India. We are looking for an experienced Studio Manager to lead operations at our Noida studio. About the Role As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while managing day-to-day studio operations.

This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a clear focus on sales, conversions, and member retention. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end studio operations and scheduling Manage, train, and support instructors & front-desk teams Handle enquiries, calls, and lead conversions efficiently Ensure a seamless, premium client experience—from enquiry to retention Drive memberships, trials, and overall studio revenue Maintain high standards of operations, reporting, and brand consistency Who We’re Looking For Experience managing a Pilates or premium fitness studio Prior calling and sales experience is a must Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Client-focused with a sales and growth mindset Professional, detail-oriented, and aligned with high standards What We Offer Opportunity to work with a globally recognised Pilates brand Premium, structured, and growth-driven work environment Competitive compensation + performance incentives
