Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer with strong technical capability, proactive thinking, and a passion for engineering excellence.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy translating engineering concepts into practical, high-quality industrial solutions and are eager to continuously learn and grow in a global engineering environment. The role involves designing and coordinating engineering solutions for material handling and process systems while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed engineering designs and layouts for industrial systems and projects Prepare and review 3D models, fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and engineering documentation Translate engineering concepts into practical and executable project solutions Coordinate closely with sales, project management, procurement, manufacturing, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery Ensure designs meet technical specifications, project requirements, and industry standards Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and problem-solving activities Support project execution by ensuring design intent is effectively implemented in real-life installations Work collaboratively to ensure timely and successful project completion Maintain a proactive approach toward continuous improvement, innovation, and technical learning Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory Skills ✔ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD ✔ Hands-on experience with SolidWorks ✔ Good understanding of engineering principles and industrial system design ✔ Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork ✔ Ability to understand and convert technical concepts into real-world engineering applications ✔ Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn and grow Preferred / Added Advantage ➕ Experience in Pneumatic Conveying Systems or Bulk Material Handling Systems ➕ Exposure to Navisworks ➕ Experience working on industrial or process engineering projects Travel & Mobility Willingness to travel for customer meetings, project discussions, and site support Valid passport preferred and readiness for international travel to headquarters and global facilities What We Are Looking For We value engineers who are not only technically strong but also curious, collaborative, and growth-oriented.
