JOB DESCRIPTION – QA Automation Engineer (AI Platforms) Position Title: QA Automation Engineer Experience Required: 3–5 Years Location: Delhi NCR Role Overview We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Selenium-based automation testing for modern web applications and backend APIs. This role is centered around: Automation testing Regression suite development API testing Workflow validation Ensuring quality and stability of AI-powered enterprise platforms The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and AI engineering teams to design scalable automation frameworks, strengthen testing processes, and continuously enhance product quality. This opportunity is well suited for professionals who enjoy: Identifying edge cases and breaking systems Building robust automation pipelines Creating reliable testing infrastructure for fast-moving product environments Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based automation test suites Build automated regression and smoke testing pipelines Create reusable testing frameworks, utilities, and automation components Automate validation of frontend and backend workflows Develop and maintain API automation test cases Execute end-to-end testing for AI workflows and enterprise applications Validate integrations across UI, APIs, databases, and AI services Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce, isolate, and resolve defects Support release validation and production sanity testing Continuously improve test coverage, testing efficiency, and release quality Integrate automated test execution into development pipelines Maintain structured bug reports and testing documentation Mandatory Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver Proficiency in Python (mandatory) Automation Testing API Testing Test Case Design Regression Testing Smoke Testing Functional Testing REST APIs Postman Git / GitHub Basic SQL knowledge Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Preferred Skills Playwright PyTest / Robot Framework / TestNG Jenkins / GitHub Actions Docker fundamentals Performance and load testing concepts Experience testing AI-powered applications Workflow-based application testing FastAPI backend testing BrowserStack / Selenium Grid Agile / Scrum methodologies Ideal Candidate Profile Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset Passion for automation and reducing manual testing efforts Ability to independently design and maintain automation frameworks Comfortable working in fast-paced engineering environments Strong communication and collaboration skills Ownership-driven approach with attention to quality Practical understanding of edge cases, failures, and system reliability Preferred Project Experience Web application automation Enterprise platforms and dashboards API automation testing Workflow automation validation SaaS product testing AI / LLM application testing Regression automation framework development Cross-browser testing
