About the Role We are looking for a Senior Engineer - Quality in the Automotive Wiring Harness/Cable Harness domain who will be responsible for ensuring quality inspections and process compliance. Responsibilities Handle quality inspections and ensure process compliance. Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement CAPA.

Prepare and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs, and Work Instructions. Support PPAP activities and New Product Development (NPD) processes. Perform process audits and line audits.

Drive rejection reduction and PPM improvement initiatives. Manage calibration activities and quality documentation. Coordinate closely with Production, NPD, and Customer teams for quality improvement.
