Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a telecommunications client in Montreal. This individual will act as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master depending on delivery requirements, supporting complex cloud contact center initiatives. The role sits at the center of client engagement, managing multiple projects simultaneously while driving delivery quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Bilingual French/English - 5 years of experience in technology integration project management in the context of contact centers (CCaaS) or Cloud solutions - Demonstrated experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with significant budgets - Experience in managing corporate clients and navigating complex organizational structures - Expertise as a Scrum Master in squad and/or project management for the implementation or integration of software solutions - Proficiency in Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, and others - Good market knowledge of contact center solutions and cloud platforms (an asset) NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Experience in writing SOWs and business estimates - Bachelor's degree in project management or related field
