Job Role: Digital Project Manager Location: Hybrid – minimum 2-3 days onsite in week Contract: 6 months (Highly chance to extends) Role Looking for a Digital Project Manager/Product Owner to support the build-out and enhancement of the Lending & Investment platform. This is a business-side role combining Product Ownership and Delivery. The successful candidate will own roadmap and journey development, while also driving end-to-end delivery across multiple complex workstreams in an Agile environment.
Must Have: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Digital Project Manager, Product Owner, or Delivery Lead Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / SAFe / hybrid) Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder groups across business and technology functions Proven experience owning roadmaps and customer journeys Experience managing multiple concurrent complex projects (4+) Exceptional communication skills – able to simplify complex delivery into clear, structured narratives Extensive experience defining, tracking, and presenting OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) Background in Banking or Financial Services is required Preferred Experience: Exposure to Lending and/or Investment platforms Experience working on employee-facing / assisted banking applications We use AI in our Hiring processes Mindlance is an equal-opportunity employer.
