For more information about BLS International’s services and global presence, please visit: www.blsinternational.com Bid Manager (Global Government Services) As the Bid Manager, you will be the primary architect of our competitive proposals for international governments and diplomatic missions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly to the GM/DGM - Bid Management. You will lead a cross-functional squad of technical experts, legal counsel, and financial analysts to design, write, and submit multi-million-dollar tenders that define the future of global visa and citizen services.

Key Responsibilities • End-to-End Bid Lifecycle Management RFP Shredding: Deconstruct complex Government-to-Government (G2G) and Business-to-Government (B2G) tenders into clear compliance matrices and deliverables. • Project Governance: Define bid timelines, set internal milestones, and chair "Blue Team" (strategy) and "Red Team" (review) sessions to ensure the proposal is evolving toward a winning state. • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential "deal-breakers" early in the process—whether technical, legal, or financial—and escalate them to senior leadership. • Content Engineering & Storytelling Technical Writing: Transform raw inputs from IT and Operations into a cohesive, persuasive narrative. You aren't just describing a process; you are selling a secure, seamless journey for the citizen and the sovereign client. • Knowledge Management: Maintain and update a "Content Gold Mine"—a library of best-in-class responses, case studies, and corporate credentials to speed up the drafting process.AI Integration: Utilize Generative AI tools to summarize long-form tender documents and create initial drafts for standard compliance sections. • Commercial & Strategic Alignment Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct SWOT analyses on key market players to ensure our "Value Proposition" is uniquely positioned. • Pricing Orchestration: Work closely with the Finance team to align the technical solution with the commercial model, ensuring the bid is both competitive and profitable. • Post-Submission & Transition Clarification Management: Lead the response process for Post-Tender Clarifications (PTCs) and support the presentation team for final Orals/Interviews. • Handover: Ensure a seamless transition from the "Bid State" to the "Execution State" for the Operations team once the contract is won.
