MDS Registered Nurse

Franciscan Ministries is seeking an MDS Registered Nurse to coordinate and manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will complete and audit MDS assessments, ensure accurate care plans, and support regulatory compliance and optimal reimbursement. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, you’ll educate staff on MDS guidelines, monitor quality measures, and advocate for resident-centered, compassionate care in alignment with our faith-inspired mission of dignity, respect, and service-focused excellence.
