You will offer holistic support in patient assessments, treatment planning, and care evaluation. This role demands leadership skills to prioritize health needs and coordinate comprehensive care across all illness stages. Key Responsibilities: • Provide evidence-based care in pediatric Hematology/Oncology • Lead nursing assessments and patient care planning • Collaborate with families, patients, and health team members • Educate patients and families on health management • Coordinate care transitions and discharge planning Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required • Licensed in Nova Scotia or eligible for licensure • Three years of pediatric Hematology/Oncology experience • Current Basic Life Support certification required • Oncology certification or enrollment is an asset Your expertise in care coordination, leadership, and communication will greatly enhance the patient experience at IWK Health. #J-18808-Ljbffr
