Staff Nurse

Closing date: 05 June 2026 This role offers a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the District Nursing teams within Trafford as part of the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. Job Details This is a 24‑hour service; working hours are between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm, 7 days a week, with flexibility. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Flexible working patterns are available upon discussion. Job Responsibilities Provide skilled, patient‑centred nursing care to adults in their own homes and community settings. Collaborate closely with GP practices, Integrated Neighbourhood Teams and wider health and social care partners to ensure coordinated care.

Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, effective teamwork skills, and the ability to work autonomously when required. Maintain excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to care delivery. Adapt to changing circumstances, remain reliable, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Contribute to the integrated neighbourhood model, supporting the strategic aim of delivering care closer to home within a “One Team” approach.
