Our culture is built around: • Ownership • Curiosity • Continuous Learning • Engineering Excellence Key Responsibilities • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web applications and APIs • Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright (JavaScript) • Validate data flows, business logic, and end-to-end workflows • Identify, track, and document bugs with detailed analysis and reproduction steps • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality • Contribute towards improving testing processes, automation coverage, and QA best practices • Utilize AI copilots/tools for effective test case generation, automation scripting, and faster execution cycles Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (JavaScript) • Good understanding of Manual and Automation Testing concepts • Experience in ETL Testing, UI Automation, and API Testing • Exposure to API testing tools and automation workflows • Experience using AI copilots/tools for test case writing and automation support • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ownership-driven environment Preferred Qualifications • Candidates should be able to showcase automation projects/frameworks they are proud of • Exposure to modern automation frameworks and scalable testing practices • Understanding of AI-assisted development and testing workflows • Experience identifying and resolving critical bugs/issues across products • Prior experience in startup or product-based environments will be an added advantage Why Join Techdome? • Opportunity to work across multiple live products and domains • Automation-first engineering culture • Exposure to AI-driven testing practices • High ownership and direct product impact • Fast-paced learning and growth opportunities Hiring Process Our hiring process is streamlined through JIA (JustInterview.ai), our in-house AI interview platform, enabling faster and more transparent evaluations.
