We specialize in caring for high-acuity, post-ICU patients and are committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality care. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for Full-Time Night Shift only (Paid out at 3 months and 9 months) Position Details * Full-Time, Part-Time * Day and Night shifts available * Work with complex, high-acuity patient populations in a specialty hospital setting Responsibilities Key Responsibilities * Provide nursing care within scope of practice in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards * Ensure patient safety by recognizing limitations and seeking resources when needed * Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams * Set priorities and evaluate patient outcomes through evidence-based interventions * Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement individualized care plans Qualifications Qualifications * BA/BS/BSN required * Active New Jersey RN License required * Minimum 1 year of bedside nursing experience in Acute Care or Rehab * Prior Critical Care experience preferred * BLS required * ACLS required within 6 months of hire * Previous hospital experience strongly preferred * Strong communication skills and ability to work with patients and families * Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with healthcare systems Why Join Us?
