ALIV Regenerative Wellness | Pune (primary) About the role ALIV is scaling across three cities, multiple revenue lines (IV therapies, peptides, autologous cell therapy, PRP, exosomes, supplementation), and multiple acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, GBP, organic, partnerships). The numbers are everywhere and the founder is currently the bottleneck on most of them. We're hiring a Data Analyst & Excel Expert to own the numbers layer of the business โ marketing, clinical operations, financial, and inventory โ and turn it into decisions the leadership team can act on weekly.
This is not a reporting role where you build a dashboard once and walk away. This is a sit-next-to-the-founder role where the question shifts every week and the answer needs to be defensible by Friday. Marketing performance analytics Own the analytics layer across Google Ads (multi-campaign), Meta Ads, GBP (Pune + Mumbai), Instagram, LinkedIn, and partner channels Track and report: cost per lead, cost per consult, cost per client, channel ROI, blended CAC, payback period Maintain attribution logic across lead source โ consult โ protocol commit โ retention Flag underperforming campaigns within the week, not the month 2. Client lifecycle & clinical operations analytics Build and maintain the client journey funnel: lead โ consult booked โ consult attended โ protocol committed โ protocol completed โ retained โ expanded Track per-therapy economics: revenue, gross margin, repeat rate, attach rate Per-location performance comparison (Pune vs Mumbai vs Bengaluru as it launches) Protocol completion rates, drop-off points, retention cohorts 3. Financial modelling & reporting Maintain the master pricing model and scenario tools (standard pricing, Family & Friends rate, partnership discounts, package economics) Build the weekly leadership scorecard and monthly review pack Location-level P&L tracking LTV / CAC modelling per acquisition channel and per ICP segment 4.
Inventory & supply analytics Track peptide vial inventory across locations (multi-SKU, multi-vendor, import lead-time) IV supplies, consumables, and consult-level utilisation Demand forecasting tied to protocol pipeline Reorder triggers and vendor performance tracking 5. Dashboards, automation, and tooling Build and maintain Excel / Google Sheets dashboards that update without manual intervention Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas, pivot architecture โ at expert level Looker Studio or equivalent for client-friendly dashboards Integrate with Make.com workflows where helpful (we already use Make.com for automations) Connect data sources (Ads platforms, CRM, calendar, GBP, finance) into a coherent reporting layer 6. Ad-hoc analysis & decision support Translate founder/leadership questions into the right cut of data \"Should we run this campaign?\" \"Is Mumbai actually paying back?\" \"What's the real margin on the 12-week protocol?\" โ these land on your desk and come back with an answer and a recommendation Pressure-test pricing changes, package structures, partnership deals before they go live Required qualifications Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets: Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, advanced formulas, pivot architecture, complex dashboards 3โ5 years in a data analyst, business analyst, BI analyst, or revenue operations role โ ideally at a startup or scale-up where you owned analytics end-to-end (not a cog in a 20-person team) Strong working knowledge of digital marketing analytics: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GBP Insights SQL โ at least intermediate, comfortable writing joins and window functions Comfortable building reporting on top of CRM data and customer journey data High proficiency in Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent Preferred qualifications Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, premium services, or D2C verticals Familiarity with Zoho One, Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation tools Light Python or R for data cleaning / one-off analyses Prior experience working directly with a founder or CEO (high-trust, low-process environment) Background in financial modelling or unit economics Who this role is for Mindset more than CV.
