Regional Retail Manager | Luxury Retail | Mumbai StorySideUp is hiring a Regional Retail Manager for a leading luxury retail client in Mumbai. Role Overview Multi-store leadership role responsible for commercial performance and operational excellence across an assigned cluster Commercial & Business Management Drive sales growth and profitability across multiple stores in the cluster Monitor retail KPIs — conversion, ATV, UPT, NSV, and sell-through — across all locations Develop and implement action plans to improve store productivity and revenue Review business performance across stores and provide strategic inputs to leadership Team & Leadership Lead, mentor, and coach Store Managers and store leadership teams Conduct regular store visits and leadership reviews Drive people management practices including hiring, performance management, and succession planning Customer Experience Ensure consistent luxury service standards across all stores Drive VIP client engagement and clientele initiatives Operations & Compliance Ensure all stores adhere to brand SOPs and operational guidelines Monitor audit compliance, stock management, and inventory optimization Oversee visual merchandising implementation and seasonal campaigns What We're Looking For Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field 10 to 15 years of retail experience, preferably in premium or luxury retail Minimum 5 years in a multi-store leadership role Strong commercial acumen, leadership presence, and strategic thinking
