Head of Quality Assurance - Automotive (Immediate Joining)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Quality Assurance - Automotive, located in Jaipur.

The role encompasses developing and implementing quality assurance processes, overseeing quality audits, managing a team to ensure adherence to quality standards, and analyzing data to improve production quality. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Qualifications Strong experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, with a focus on automotive components.

Expertise in conducting Quality Auditing and implementing robust Quality Management systems. Exceptional Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving quality issues efficiently. Solid understanding of industry standards and regulatory compliance, especially ISO/TS 16949.

Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in a quality assurance leadership role in the automotive or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
