CRNA / Nurse Anesthetist

Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Anderheim, PA. PA license required. Shift Details: 2-3 shifts per week.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7a-5p. Support staff: Tyrone is predominantly solo, non-medically directed by Anes. Huntingdon has an anesthesiologist.

Amount of coverage needed per month: 2-3 days per week, PRN. Patients per day: less than 20. Patient population/age: adult with potential peds case for ENT (peds anesthesiologist will be there for those) .

EMR: Cerner. Hospital bed size:25 bed critical access hospital (Tyrone) 71 bed hospital (Huntingdon). Special procedures: general, ortho, ophthalmology, gyn, ENT, and plastic surgery cases.

Skills required: experience with regional anes (spinals, peripheral nerve blocks) would be helpful but not necessary. Practice Setting: Hospital. Board Certification: required.

State license required: yes. Certifications required: BLS, ACLS. Minimum experience required: 2 years minimum or at least 1 year working independently.

Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 week temps for clean files. $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
