About the Role Bayshore Home Health – Complex Care Branch is seeking registered nurses to provide home care services to clients in Toronto, ON. Nurses will deliver compassionate and evidence-based support in clients’ homes. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care and clinical judgment to ensure clients receive high-quality care.

Competitive wages. Required Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with current provincial registration. Certification: Nurse Specialized in Wound & Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC) or International Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC) or Canadian Nurse Associate Certification (WOCC).
Minimum two years of experience in wound care management in a hospital or community setting; visiting nursing experience is an asset. Current CPR certification. Additional Requirements Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening) and negative TB test.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle. Proof of vaccination against COVID-19, Hepatitis, Seasonal Flu, etc., may be required. Location Toronto, ON.
