Position Overview The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting business operations, technology initiatives, and data-driven decision making across our growing organization. This role involves working closely with leadership, operations, finance, and practice teams to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement technology-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong business foundation combined with a high level of comfort using modern tools, including AI coding agents, to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and support scalable growth Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Develop reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making across leadership and practice teams. Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable plans and solutions. Support implementation of technology solutions, automation tools, and process improvements across departments.
Leverage AI coding agents and AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis, automate workflows, and improve productivity. Prepare clear summaries, recommendations, and project updates for leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, recruitment, marketing, and practice support teams.
Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting consistency, and operational efficiency. Assist in evaluating and implementing new tools and systems to support organizational growth. Qualifications Bachelorβs degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, data analytics, systems analysis, or a related role Experience using AI coding agents is required Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative Preferred Skills Experience with tools such as Power BI, CRM systems, ATS systems, or project management platforms Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Replit, GitHub Copilot, or similar coding agents Experience with basic coding, scripting, automation, or workflow tools is an asset Exposure to multi-location or healthcare/dental environments is an asset Compensation Salary Range: $100,000β$150,000 Compensation is commensurate with experience and skills.
