Your next chapter starts here. In this role, you will: • Gaining a deep understanding of the technical requirements and nuances of each job opening. • Developing a clear grasp of the tech stacks, tools, and environments relevant to each position. • Managing applicant pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer stages. • Conducting structured interviews to assess candidates’ technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit. • Documenting interview outcomes, recruiter notes, and feedback in a clear and organized manner. • Using industry-leading tools and platforms to identify and engage passive candidates. • Collaborating closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. • Building long-term relationships with candidates and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
