Hybrid Customer Support Associate

Pay: $23.50/hr

Start Date: October 13, 2026

Assignment: Through January 2027 minimum, with potential to extend based on attendance and performance

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturdays

Work Arrangement: Hybrid — rotating 1 week in-office / 1 week remote

In Office: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Remote: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM + rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Please Note: This is not a fully remote position. Team members will rotate between working one full week in-office and one full week remotely. No WFH accommodations are available.
