Overview

As Director of Product Marketing, you will shape how Miratech’s services translate into market-ready solutions that drive pipeline and revenue. You’ll design solution structures, GTM plans, and differentiated value propositions, enabling sales with compelling enablement tooling. Your market intelligence will guide offering development and lifecycle management, aligning market needs with delivery.

You operate as a hands-on leader in a lean, accountable environment, connecting strategy with execution to accelerate growth and impact.

Responsibilities
  • Architect portfolio structures, bundles, and use cases
  • Standardize naming, packaging, and pricing for offerings
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market plans for new and existing solutions
  • Define target segments, personas, and use cases to clarify positioning
  • Create differentiated value propositions translating tech services into business outcomes
  • Build sales enablement materials (decks, battlecards, case studies) and train sales teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable revenue growth and market execution
  • Perform duties aligned with the strategic purpose of the role
Key requirements
  • 10+ years in Product Marketing in technology-driven sectors (IT services, SaaS, cloud, CX, AI, or digital transformation)
  • Proven ability to develop product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and GTM strategies for complex B2B offerings
  • Strong skill translating technical capabilities into commercial narratives and sales materials
  • Experience in market and competitive intelligence to identify differentiation opportunities
  • Partnership experience with Sales, Delivery, Product, Alliances, and Executives to enable revenue growth
  • Strong analytical capability using commercial, pipeline, and performance data to improve GTM effectiveness
  • Excellent English communication, executive-level content creation, stakeholder influence, and complex idea presentation
  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
