Overview

In this demand-generation role, you will drive high-intent interest for Clarion’s defence portfolio via LinkedIn and paid/organic campaigns. You’ll work with the Demand Generation Manager and marketing teams to grow audiences, generate leads, and ensure compliant, on-brand content. You’ll manage LinkedIn programs, optimize spend and performance, and feed insights to shape broader brand and campaign plans.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns (paid and organic) with support from the Demand Generation Manager
  • Build and optimise LinkedIn programs to drive awareness, credible traffic, and qualified leads for product portfolio
  • Monitor LinkedIn ad spend and organic performance, flagging issues or opportunities
  • Coordinate with brand, campaign, and marketing-operations teams to ensure brand and security compliance
  • Own LinkedIn content calendar and maintain a consistent posting rhythm aligned with defence positioning
  • Manage day-to-day community interactions on LinkedIn, maintaining brand voice and sector sensitivities
  • Sustain an always-on content pipeline and align messaging with priorities
  • Support employee advocacy to expand reach on LinkedIn
  • Handover engaged leads to the campaign team with accurate segmentation for nurture
  • Collaborate with brand and campaign teams to align LinkedIn content with broader messaging
  • Champion consistent customer messaging across LinkedIn and reflect brand standards
  • Act as a bridge between social and wider marketing to inject insights into planning
  • Support integrated campaigns to maximize impact and message consistency
  • Track key LinkedIn metrics (follower growth, reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, CPL, conversion) and report findings
  • Identify trends and optimization opportunities; assist with A/B testing across paid, organic, and landing pages
  • Translate briefs from Demand Generation Manager into on-brand LinkedIn content
  • Build relationships with external agencies and internal teams for coordinated execution
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn changes and defence sector social best practices

Key requirements
  • Proven experience in social media/digital marketing, with hands-on LinkedIn management in B2B/corporate/regulated environments
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
  • Content creation and design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for corporate/defence audiences
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and reporting (GA4 plus LinkedIn Page/Campaign Manager)
  • Knowledge of CRM and email automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, or Microsoft Dynamics a bonus)
  • Strong brand-messaging capability and ability to translate strategy into LinkedIn content
  • Data-driven, test-and-learn mindset focused on optimization
  • Excellent written communication and ability to explain defence topics clearly
  • Highly organized, capable of managing a full content pipeline in a single-channel context
  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional stakeholder experience
  • Existing SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance may be required depending on access to sensitive information
