Warehouse Operator

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team onsite in Lytton, Queensland. This permanent, full-time position is essential for ensuring we continue to provide our foodservice products to the market in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable and great at working with a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise and store products in designated warehouse areas.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
• Operate across dry and chilled (0-4°) environments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Dedication, reliability, commitment and a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred

• Valid MR Truck License.
• No formal education required; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are advantageous but not essential.
