Job Description
Proactive and professional, we are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Support Supervisor who will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales process and enhancing the customer experience across the OE customer portfolio.
A natural leader with a common-sense approach, you are passionate about building a strong, customer-focused team that keeps raising the standards in delivering excellent customer service. Highly visible and influential across our business, you understand that managing customer relationships and internal stakeholders is paramount, not just a peripheral task but a central component that will drive successful outcomes for the team, business and customers but also creates an environment where challenges are met with solutions.
Working closely with teams cross-functionally across Australia and NZ, you will utilise your strong understanding of the manufacturing process, organisational skills and technical expertise, to drive improvements and efficiencies that support business strategy.
People Management
actively manage, coach and lead the customer service team to deliver quality customer experience and achieve KPI’s and business strategy objectives
Customer Care/Support
provide front-line support and continually develop knowledge of products, price lists and services
Operational efficiency
identify and implement procedures that improve operational efficiency and support service expectations
Your proven ability to foster a positive and safe working environment will ensure a seamless customer and team experience.
What we are looking for
You take pride in providing a great customer experience and recognise the value in developing strong relationships. Approachable and hands-on you understand the intricacies of building process, and having the team play a part in moving the business and customers forward.
What will you bring?
Demonstrated background in a similar customer/sales support manager role with Automotive Aftermarket Retail advantageous
Working knowledge of OE automotive or spare parts industry
Solid leadership abilities with a track record of developing, building and mentoring a team along with working on multiple projects
Demonstrated aptitude to understand and convey technical information in a simple manner
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word/Excel), working knowledge of Syteline ERP would be advantageous
Customer-centric with a solution focus approach
Natural curiosity, a sense of humour, and a proactive approach
