About Accounting, Payroll, & Accounts Payable:
Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Treasury work together to record the company's transactions completely and accurately with patients, employees and vendors. In addition, this function manages cash flow transactions and reconciliations. Our function will have resources in India that contribute to transactional accounting with vendors and employees as well as participate in reconciliation and resolution of reconciling items that will begin to come onboard in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Job Responsibilities:
Supervises Accounts Payable and Payroll Processes Provides General Accounting Support:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop individual contributors in Accounts Payable and US Payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Oversee daily activities, including invoice processing, vendor management and payments, payroll processing, tax withholdings, and regulatory filings.
- Contribute to general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end close processes, bank and account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Assist in implementing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls tailored to the global corporate center.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and leadership teams on financial matters, budgeting, and business initiatives.
- Perform other general accounting assistance as needed supporting the parent companys financial analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Monitor compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and internal standards; support audits as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in accounting workflows.
Qualifications:
- 8 to 12 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 to 3 year in a managing team.
- Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Payable, Payroll, and general accounting functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, accounting software and ERP/SAP/Oracle systems (experience with systems commonly used in multi-entity or healthcare/dental operations a plus).
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and payroll/tax compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a startup-like environment for a new corporate function, with high attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience managing a team of minimum 57 members, including the ability to coach, develop, and drive team performance.
- Bachelors degree with specialization in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
