Overview

In this role you will drive consultative discussions with global stakeholders, design insight-led solutions, and deliver actionable market analyses that inform Deloitte’s client strategies. You will own workstreams, manage cross-border projects, and present outcomes to senior leaders, shaping impactful business narratives. The role sits in Global CoRe, enabling core services with a focus on collaboration, development, and well-being.

• Lead consultative discussions across Deloitte networks to identify needs and design tailored solutions
• Apply advanced research methodologies to develop insight-led recommendations
• Analyze datasets and market signals to spot trends and growth opportunities
• Own workstreams, manage project plans, and maintain stakeholder alignment
• Deliver crisp, executive-ready insights and recommendations
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery with quality and time discipline
• Coordinate with global colleagues to refine expectations and maintain relationships
• Engage stakeholders to move relationships from transactional to trusted advisor

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in research, consulting, or professional services
• Proficiency in one or more industries with knowledge of value chains and trends
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience presenting to senior audiences
• Comfort with ambiguity and hypothesis-led problem solving
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and prompting techniques (preferred)
