In this Associate Director role, you will shape and deliver core banking transformation programs for clients in the banking sector. You’ll lead design and implementation of modular core banking solutions and guide the selection of next‑gen platforms. You’ll manage requirements, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and oversee multi‑stream delivery while mentoring junior colleagues.

• Lead design and implementation of modular, composable core banking solutions; define future state architecture and optimal components
• Guide clients in selecting and implementing next‑gen core banking platforms (e.g., 10x, Thought Machine, Mambu, Starling Engine)
• Manage requirements gathering and solution design with agilе delivery across stakeholders
• Understand core banking modules and front/middle/back‑office capabilities; stay abreast of market trends
• Coordinate with Core Banking partners and manage relationships to meet client needs
• Oversee programme management and align multiple workstreams for delivery success
• Collaborate with engineering/platform teams on environments, configuration, and product aspects
• Drive data‑driven decisions to optimise processes
• Mentor and coach junior team members to build capability
• Build strong client relationships across IT, operations, and risk; support business development and pre‑sales activities

• Proven Digital and Solution Architecture experience with modern digital solutions and cloud platforms
• Experience with next‑gen core banking platforms (Mambu, 10x, Thought Machine, Pismo, Starling Engine) and related transformation delivery
• Knowledge of platform, infrastructure, and data architecture including cybersecurity and networking patterns
• Delivery lifecycle experience (discovery, design, delivery, transition) within banking, fintech, or consulting
• Ability to define architecture principles, patterns, and drive consensus among technical and business stakeholders
• Experience leading teams of architects/technologists within digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with traditional and modern (Agile/Waterfall) delivery methodologies
• Desirable: cloud certifications (GCP/AWS/Azure) and enterprise/solution architecture certifications
