Position Title: Rates & Water Billing Assistant – 12 Month Term - Maternity Leave

Salary: Commencement annual salary range from $38.4071 to $42.2480 (Grade 8), plus superannuation.
Employment Type: Permanent 12 month Term (35 hours per week)

About the Role
The purpose of the Rates & Water Billing Assistant is to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the rates and water billing database by ensuring all change requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
The position also provides a high level of specialised customer service, assisting customers with enquiries relating to rates and water billing.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in office administration, strong customer service skills with the ability to provide professional, responsive and effective assistance to customers. High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and information. Strong communication and organisational skills.
