Job Description

VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our client’s business OzTimber Pty Ltd in Thomastown. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, supporting business growth and developing effective marketing strategies.

Key Duties

• Research market demand, customer trends and opportunities for new and existing products and services.
• Collect, analyse and interpret market and statistical data to support business decisions.
• Develop and implement marketing objectives, policies and programs.
• Conduct and coordinate market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Advise management on product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, selling and distribution channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Prepare marketing reports and provide practical recommendations to management.

Skills and Experience

• To be successful in this position, you must have:
• A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing, market research and business development.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, market trends and promotional activities.
• Ability to analyse data and translate findings into practical marketing recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 + superannuation Location: 31/350 settlement Rd, Thomastown, VIC 3074
