Marketing Manager – Content Strategy & Copywriting
AssessPrep
Job Description
About AssessPrep
AssessPrep is an all-in-one digital testing platform trusted by 800+ international schools in 85+ countries. We help 20,000+ teachers save time so they can focus on what matters most: their students. We make testing useful, digital, and stress-free.
Marketing Manager – Content Strategy & Copywriting
You’ll own the voice and content for a platform that is changing how schools test their students. You’ll write the story for AssessPrep everywhere our users see us: emails that get clicks, clear website pages, engaging social posts, and exciting product launches.
We don't just need a writer; we need a smart storyteller who uses data to prove their words work. You’ll lead our content, working right alongside product, design, and leadership to turn our fast growth into a global brand.
You are joining a fast-moving team. We grow by more than 70% every year, nearly all our customers stay with us, and our platform handles over 1 million student tests a year while saving 50,000+ trees.
The Perks & Environment
- Flexible working hours to suit your daily flow.
- Full health insurance (including your family).
- A dedicated learning budget to keep your skills sharp.
- Monthly wellness and fitness allowance.
This might be a fit if you:
- Have 6+ years of experience and a portfolio of campaigns that got real results (ideally in software or EdTech).
- Know that good writing is about both art and math, you care just as much about email open rates and clicks as you do about picking the right words.
- Can build a content plan from start to finish: from planning the calendar to writing the text, setting up emails, and tracking success.
- Put the user first, deeply understanding the daily struggles of busy teachers and school leaders.
- Love bold, creative writing that stands out from boring, traditional education software.
- Do your best work in fast, high-impact teams where you own your projects.
- Are smart, curious, and kind.
- You love using AI but always keep yourself in the loop.
A typical week might look like:
- Planning the quarter’s content to hit our next big growth goal.
- Writing and launching a great campaign across email, web, and social media for a new product update.
- Looking at the data to see which email subject lines won last week, and fixing the ones that didn't.
- Starting real, useful conversations with teachers on LinkedIn.
- Working closely with the product and design teams to get the messaging perfectly right for a new feature.
