About the Role

• We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead financial controllership, accounting, reporting, compliance and audit functions for a fast-growing business.
• The role will require strong hands-on ownership of financial reporting, month-end closure, statutory compliance, internal controls and finance processes, along with the ability to work closely with senior management and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own P&L;, BalanceSheet, Cash Flow and month-endclosing.
• Drive accurateand timely financialreporting and MIS.
• Ensure compliancewith Ind AS, CARO, ICFR, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, PF and Professional Tax.
• Manage StatutoryAudit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit and LimitedReviews.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and other externalstakeholders.
• Manage accounting controls, reconciliations, provisions and financial governance.
• Handle tax/statutory matters and litigations.
• Drive ERP implementation, finance automation and process improvements.
• Partner with business teams to improvefinancial discipline, working capital and reporting.
• Provide financialinsights and analysisto support managementdecision-making.

Required Experience & Skills

• Chartered Accountant with 7–12 years of relevantexperience.
• Strong experience in financial accountingand controllership.
• Strong understanding of P&L;, BalanceSheet and Cash Flow.
• Hands-on experiencewith month-end closure, audits and statutory compliances.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills.
• Experience in IT/ITES, technology, infrastructure, data centre, cloud or high-growth servicesis preferred.
• Experience handling finance for a ■100+ Cr servicesbusiness or ■200+ Cr goods/business environment preferred.
• Strong ownership, analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve finance processesand deliver measurable business outcomes.
