- Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters. \n
- Planning and managing quality, safety, health and environment issues on projects. \n
- Risk identification and management. \n
- Establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project. \n
- Project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan. \n
- Advising upon the procurement of contractors and consultants. \n
- Co-ordinating with the overall cross-functional project team. \n
- Managing the change control process. \n
- Monitoring and advising upon project finances. \n
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. \n
- Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports. \n
- Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages. \n
- Strong stakeholder management, understanding client key requirements and communicating/reporting accordingly. \n
- Able to manage full cycle project delivery of technical building services projects (ie, HVAC, Electrification, Chillers, Electrical/Mechanical etc) from the feasibility to delivery and handover. \n
\n \n \n Qualifications\n \n \n
- \n
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering field or project management, or relevant industry experience in building services and construction (Builder, Contract administration, Electrical, HVAC, Security, BMS, Fire, Hydraulic, etc). \n
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management who can deliver projects autonomously with senior support \n
