Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager – MICE & Corporate Sales to lead our MICE and corporate sales function.

Corporate Flyers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager-MICE & Corporate Sales to lead our MICE and corporate sales function.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building business, managing key client relationships, developing new accounts, and driving revenue growth within a reputed travel, MICE, or corporate travel company.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute MICE and Corporate Sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

* Identify and secure new MICE business from corporate clients, associations, and institutions.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate and MICE clients.

* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, business plans, and performance reports.

* Manage commercial aspects including contracts, invoicing, collections, and payments for MICE bookings.

* Lead, mentor, and develop the MICE sales team.

* Work closely with Operations and Events teams to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.

* Monitor industry and market trends and identify new business opportunities.

* Represent the company at MICE trade shows, industry events, networking forums, and client engagements.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an advantage.

* 15+ years of relevant experience in MICE / Corporate Sales, preferably with a reputed travel, MICE, or corporate travel company.

* Proven track record of business development, revenue generation, and client acquisition.

* Strong corporate and MICE client network will be an advantage.

* Excellent negotiation, sales, closing, presentation, and communication skills.

* Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.

* Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
