Storage Admin L1 (For Mumbai Candidates)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Storage Administrator – L1 to support day-to-day storage infrastructure operations, including monitoring, provisioning, health checks, troubleshooting, and incident/service-request management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor storage infrastructure and identify alerts/issues.
• Provision storage volumes based on approved requests.
• Manage storage-related service requests.
• Perform routine storage health checks.
• Troubleshoot basic storage-related issues.
• Support incident and service request management.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as required.
• Maintain operational records and ticket updates.

Required Skills

SAN/NAS Fundamentals

Basic knowledge of EMC Storage

Basic knowledge of NetApp Storage

Basic knowledge of Dell Storage

• Windows/Linux Fundamentals.
• Ticketing Tools.
