Role Description The Architectural Drafter will produce detailed architectural and construction drawings based on design concepts, sketches, and specifications provided by architects and designers. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing plans, elevations, sections, and details; updating drawings according to feedback; and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves coordinating with the design team, maintaining drawing accuracy and consistency, and organizing project documentation.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with attention to accuracy and technical detail.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Architecture and Planning to interpret design intent and translate concepts into clear documentation.
• Candidates should possess proficient Drawing skills, including the ability to create precise technical representations and revise plans efficiently.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and effective communication with team members.
• Experience in residential or commercial projects in the Hyderabad region is an advantage.
