About the Role

Alchemist Marketing Solutions, Mumbai is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Account Manager – Client Servicing with 5–10 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of non-digital marketing, excellent client management skills, and a knack for developing strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding marketing objectives, developing campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients' products, services, plans, competitors, and target markets.
• Develop campaign ideas and generate creative concepts based on client requirements and market insights.
• Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and way-forward documents.
• Work closely with planning, strategy, creative, and design teams to ensure efficient execution of client briefs.
• Meet with clients to understand their marketing objectives, business needs, and communication requirements.
• Conceptualise and recommend suitable marketing solutions for clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for campaigns, brand initiatives, and launch events.
• Develop marketing plans and budgets for campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure strong, long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure projects are delivered within timelines and quality expectations.
• Monitor campaign execution and ensure all deliverables are aligned with the approved brief.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in a mainline advertising agency.
• Candidates from media, event, or purely digital agencies will not be considered.
• Non-digital/mainline work experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Brand Strategy, Planning, and Management.
• Experience in Client Management, Client Servicing, and Account Management (not accounting).
• Strong creative conceptualisation skills with a logical and analytical approach.
• Ability to understand briefs and translate them into effective marketing solutions.
• Ability to deliver results while working under strict deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team-playing and coordination skills.
• Good operational and organisational abilities.
