Role Description

The Hospitality Client Relations Associate focuses on developing strong client relationships and delivering attentive support. You will connect with clients to understand their interests, answer questions, share relevant recommendations, maintain organized client information, and provide consistent follow-up throughout their experience.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and believes excellent service should feel both polished and personal. Training, professional resources, digital tools, and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and share relevant destination and hospitality options
• Maintain organized and accurate client records
• Follow up with clients at important stages of their experience
