Senior Software Engineer

Availability: ~15 hours/week

Job Summary

We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to create and evaluate AI coding tasks involving bug fixing, feature development, code refactoring, and performance optimization.

No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create coding tasks and reproducible environments with reference solutions.
• Debug and fix complex software issues.
• Implement features and optimize existing code.
• Refactor codebases for performance and maintainability.
• Document technical solutions and reasoning.
• Review and validate code submissions.

Qualifications

Compensation & Start

• Output-based compensation per approved task.
• Minimum weekly submission requirements apply.
• Expected start within 24–48 hours after onboarding.
