Excellent communication skills are a must. Role Description This is a remote freelance opportunity focused on supporting students and early-career professionals in making informed academic and career decisions. Conduct online counselling sessions and understand individual goals, interests and strengths.

Guide candidates towards suitable courses, institutions and career paths. Provide guidance on skill development, employability and career opportunities. Handle student enquiries and regular follow-ups.

Maintain accurate counselling and follow-up records in the CRM. Collaborate with internal teams and participate in virtual seminars, webinars or workshops when required. Who Can Apply?

Candidates with a background in Psychology, Education, Counselling or related fields Experienced professionals with strong communication and people-handling skills from any industry or department Professionals returning to work after a career break Requirements Prior professional experience is compulsory. Experience can be from any industry, background or department . Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Strong interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Psychology or Education background is an advantage, not mandatory .

Career counselling certification is an advantage, not mandatory . Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp and online meeting platforms. Ability to work independently in a remote freelance setup.
