Drive Test Engineer

We are looking for a Drive Test Engineer with hands-on experience in RF drive testing and data collection. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, troubleshooting testing equipment, and traveling frequently to different site locations.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in RF Drive Testing or a similar field role.
• Hands-on experience with TEMS is required.
• Perform RF drive tests and collect network performance data.
• Set up, configure, and validate drive test equipment and testing parameters.
• Set up and operate scanners, mobile phones, and drive test kits.
• Create and follow defined testing scenarios and test scripts.
• Perform initial log file and report sanity checks to ensure data quality.
• Knowledge of post-processing and reporting is a plus.
• Must be flexible and willing to travel frequently to different site locations .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a field environment.
