About the Role

Binary Works is looking for an experienced Front Office Executive to manage reception and daily member services at our co-working space in RMZ, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be professional, approachable, and organised, ensuring a welcoming experience for members, visitors, and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk and welcome members, guests, and visitors.
• Handle calls, emails, enquiries, and visitor registration.
• Conduct workspace tours and coordinate enquiries with the sales team.
• Support member onboarding, access-card issuance, and move-in coordination.
• Manage meeting-room bookings and assist with conference arrangements.
• Address member requests and complaints, coordinating timely resolution.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and pantry teams.
• Maintain visitor logs, courier records, booking details, and front-office reports.
• Keep the reception and common areas presentable and ready for use.
• Assist with community events, networking sessions, and office administration.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in front-office, reception, hospitality, or customer-facing administration roles.
• Experience in co-working spaces, business centres, hotels, or corporate offices is preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong spoken and written English, with conversational Tamil; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple requests calmly and resolve issues effectively.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, email, calendars, and booking systems.
