What You Will Learn & Do as a Sales & Marketing Trainee:

• Support the Sales & Marketing team in daily operations and projects
• Learn about hotel sales strategies, market positioning, and business development
• Assist with the coordination of groups, events, and client inquiries
• Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and promotional activities
• Gain experience in market research, competitor analysis, and reporting
• Help maintain databases, sales reports, and client relationships
• Develop communication, organizational, and commercial skills within a luxury hospitality environment
• Learn how different hotel departments collaborate to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What are we looking for?

• A current university or school student in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn
• Passionate about hospitality, sales, and marketing

• Available for a 6-month full-time internship
• Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school
• Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EU
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
