What You Will Do:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on communication hardware and systems.
• Install and configure software on servers for radio management and dispatch systems.
• Provide technical support to customers, ensuring the effective and timely resolution of incidents.
• Issue service orders and maintain precise, up-to-date records of all executed activities.
• Conduct technical training sessions for clients regarding the operation of Hytera products and software.
• Collaborate with the broader technical team to develop and implement new communication solutions for clients.

What We Are Looking For:

• Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a closely related field.
• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in electronic maintenance or after-sales technical support.
• Hands-on experience with the installation and configuration of software systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Languages: Native/Fluent Portuguese; Fluent English (essential for seamless technical discussions and communication with global teams/headquarters).
• • Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
