Our remote online school is seeking dedicated High School Teachers specializing in Math, Science or English subjects. Candidates must be experienced and proficient in delivering subject-specific instruction online, communicating with high school students and working online. Teachers will deliver the Ontario Curriculum, create assignments/tests/etc. based on the Ontario Curriculum, assess student progress, complete report cards, and engage in communication with students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver subject-specific instruction aligned with the Ontario Curriculum
• Utilize online and distance learning
• Conduct student assessments and provide timely feedback
• Complete midterm and final report cards accurately
• Communicate effectively with students and parents as needed
• Plan and prepare individualized lesson plans
• Provide individualized student support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of teaching experience
