Job Description

Sephora in Australia is seeking a Department Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor) to lead the Pitt Street Mall store. You will support the Store Manager and drive a selling culture while delivering an exceptional client experience across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.

You will coach and develop the team, analyse store reporting, and act as MIC when required. This is a full-time role with an emphasis on staff leadership and guest service in a premium retail environment.
