Sales Engineer

Yayin Automation is looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our Bengaluru office. The candidate will manage industrial sales enquiries, understand technical requirements, coordinate with OEMs and suppliers, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers until order completion.

Responsibilities:

• Review customer RFQs, specifications, datasheets and drawings

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations

• Source offers from OEMs, manufacturers and authorized distributors

• Follow up with customers regarding quotations and purchase orders

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships

• Coordinate with procurement, commercial and logistics teams

• Maintain accurate RFQ, quotation and order records

• Support customers with technical product information and documentation

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics or a related engineering discipline

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply

• Knowledge of industrial valves, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation or automation products is preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and professional email communication

• Ability to understand technical specifications and drawings

• Candidates should be willing to work from our Bengaluru office
