Maintenance Technician – Generalist

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building electrical systems, including electrical installations, control panels, and distribution boards
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues through root cause analysis
• Assemble, disassemble, and replace electrical components
• Conduct regular electrical testing, inspections, and diagnostics
• Propose and implement solutions to improve operational reliability and energy efficiency
• Maintain detailed records and prepare diagnostic, repair, and technical recommendation reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and resource optimization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards and regulations, including ABNT NBR standards, NR-10, and NR-35

Requirements

• Completed technical or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or a related field
• Proven previous experience in building maintenance, with solid knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to perform fault diagnosis and root cause analysis using a structured methodology
• Practical knowledge of NR-10 and NR-35 regulatory requirements
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, technical drawings, and engineering documentation
• Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain organized records of maintenance activities
• Previous experience supporting large corporate clients, preferably in technology environments or data centers
• Knowledge of building automation systems and BMS
• Familiarity with energy efficiency, energy management, and building sustainability
• Certifications in technical standards and specialized training in electrical maintenance
• Experience with predictive maintenance and equipment performance analysis tools
• Computer skills for using CMMS platforms and collaboration tools
• Analytical skills to propose improvements and innovations in maintenance processes
