Role Overview
Urban is seeking an experienced Site Administrator / Document Controller to join the site management team at the commencement of one of our apartment construction projects in Dublin. Under the direction of the Project Manager, you will be an integral member of the Urban site management team, supporting the team across a range of project administrative duties, whilst fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Manager support: General administrative assistance inc. meeting coordination, community liaison, holiday rostering, progress reporting, asset tracking, and acting as the primary point of contact for site visitors at the front-of-house.
- Quality Manager support: developing project inspection templates, tracking technical workflows i.e.: RFIs and Submittals, maintaining inspection / test logs
- Document Control: overseeing the uploading of drawings and other project documents to Procore in collaboration with the design team and site engineers
- Procurement & Logistics support: ordering of materials, plant hire and waste collections, reconciling purchasing documentation, and assist with the scheduling of site deliveries.
- Safety Officer support: Assisting with the administration of site inductions, safety signage and PPE distribution, personnel training records, and registers for equipment certifications
- Site Operations & Handover: coordination of snag lists and BCAR documentation in conjunction with the finishing foremen.
Qualification
Higher diploma or Certificate in related subject, or Leaving Certificate
3+ years post qualification experience, preferably in a main contractor site office environment (apartments a plus)
Strong level of IT proficiency including Microsoft 365 suite, Adobe Acrobat etc.
Proficient in the use of Procore, Hammertech or similar
